The Concession Stand Worker role at Legends Global is a vital position that directly contributes to the guest experience during live events. Those hired for this part-time position will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by preparing and serving a variety of menu items at concession stands within stadium venues. Employees in this role will process sales, handle payments, and ensure the accurate distribution of change to customers. Reporting to the Concession Stand Manager, this role requires a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards related to safety, hygiene, and cash control.
This position demands excellent interpersonal skills as it involves direct interaction with guests to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience. The Concession Stand Worker must efficiently prepare simple menu items and ensure orders are served promptly and correctly while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, verifying identification for alcohol purchases, and engaging in suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales. Employees must demonstrate the ability to work in an open-air setting, frequently lift and carry varying weights, and function effectively under varied weather conditions.

- ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs or ramps
- ability to work all stadium events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services

Job Duties
- Prepare simple menu items
- sell items, collect payment and make correct change
- interact with customers to assure customer satisfaction
- enter all sales accurately into cash register
- clean up, store product, remove trash and garbage to dumpster
- serve patrons' food and beverage order quickly and courteously
- verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol
- suggestively sell and up sell items
- maintain a clean, neat and safe work area
- interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control
- perform arithmetic operations involving all US monetary units
