The role of the Concessions Supervisor at Aramark entails overseeing and delegating responsibilities within the food service operation, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities. This supervisory position involves managing key components such as inventory oversight, food preparation, customer service excellence, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols. The supervisor is responsible for scheduling work assignments, training and coaching team members, and maintaining high standards of product quality and service delivery. The job requires hands-on involvement in preparing food items according to standardized recipes, setting up and breaking down workstations, as well as ensuring the proper storage and replenishment of food products.

This position demands a proactive approach to maintaining food safety policies and Aramark’s safety standards. The Concessions Supervisor plays a vital role in fostering an environment of respect and customer focus, always anticipating guest needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and reputation of Aramark’s food service operations while protecting company assets and promoting a collaborative team atmosphere. Candidates must be prepared for the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking. This position may also require the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Job Requirements

  • Previous food service experience required
  • Must be able to acquire food safety certification
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and/or walk and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
  • Previous food service experience required
  • Must be able to acquire food safety certification
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
  • Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
  • Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
  • Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
  • Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
  • Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
  • Ensures security of company assets
