Job Duties

  • Operate a funnel cake and fried treat stand during high-volume event shifts
  • prepare and cook funnel cakes and other fried treats safely and consistently
  • set up the stand before service including stocking, prep, signage, and supplies
  • maintain speed and accuracy during rush periods
  • handle payments, accountability, and guest service
  • keep a clean station including wipe downs, utensil control, trash, and end-of-shift cleanup
  • follow food safety, temperature, and oil handling procedures
  • communicate needs quickly such as restock, product running low, and guest issues
