Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5+ years of experience with concession stand operations preferred
- Experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service
- Ability to work an event-based schedule
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability to cover open positions as needed
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience with concession stand operations in an arena or stadium preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work independently while functioning in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Assist concession supervisors in preparation for event needs
- Performs opening and closing procedures for the event
- Ensure concession team members follow proper policy and procedure according to Oak View Group standards
- Verify inventory before and after events for accuracy
- Oversee concession cashiers, prep cooks, and cooks
- Communicate performance concerns to concession managers
- Cover open positions to maintain operation and service standards
- Ensure cleanliness, product quality, customer service, food safety, and alcohol service meet company standards
- Assist in other concession department areas as directed
- Perform other duties to support concession operations
