As a Concessions Stand Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing one concession stand or portable unit, managing inventory, enforcing work and safety procedures, and resolving any operational issues that may arise during events. You will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking information about the food and beverage offerings and will assist your team in food and drink service and register operations when necessary.
