At the forefront of sports and entertainment service providers, Delaware North operates in iconic locations worldwide, including sports arenas, casinos, national parks, and hospitality venues. The company prides itself on its legacy of over 100 years as a family-owned business, emphasizing its strong commitment to employee growth, career development, and fostering a positive work environment. By blending innovative culinary experiences with outstanding service, Delaware North continues to lead the industry while honoring local culture and traditions.
Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Concessions Stand Attendant to join their team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination set to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. This stadium will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round, making it a vibrant hub for sports and entertainment enthusiasts in South Florida. Delaware North will manage stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services in this cutting-edge venue, delivering culinary delights that celebrate Miami's vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. This unique opportunity allows new team members to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment dedicated to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will play a crucial role in the stadium’s food service operation by preparing and serving concession items while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. The role requires direct guest interaction, where you will greet visitors, communicate menu offerings clearly, and address any inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper sanitation standards and adhering to all relevant food safety and alcohol service policies. This includes managing the set-up and arrangement of the kiosk inventory, participating in stock control, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
The job is physically demanding, involving standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Team members must be prepared to work in various conditions, potentially including narrow spaces and variable temperatures depending on the season. Shifts will cover days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and special event schedules, providing a flexible work environment suited to different availabilities.
Delaware North offers competitive pay at $16.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support team members’ personal and professional well-being. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy focused on hospitality excellence while having unique opportunities for growth in multiple industries including sports, gaming, retail, and operations. The company is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds without regard to race, gender, religion, or other protected statuses. If you are energetic, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a leading hospitality company, this seasonal Concessions Stand Attendant position at Nu Stadium offers an exciting path to build your career while enjoying the vibrant entertainment scene of Miami.
