The seasonal role of Concessions Stand Attendant at Busch Stadium, Saint Louis, Missouri, presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to be part of a dynamic team. This role is responsible for preparing and serving concession items to guests while ensuring an excellent guest experience. As a tipped position, the hourly pay starts at $13.00, excluding any potential tips earned. Attendants will be representing Delaware North’s standard of quality and hospitality, assisting in delivering seamless service at one of the most iconic sports stadiums.
Concessions Stand Attendants will be actively engaged in greeting guests, communicating menus, and answering questions in a friendly manner. Responsibilities also include serving food and beverages with adherence to all sanitation and alcohol service policies, as well as participating in the setup and maintenance of kiosks. Inventory management and cleanliness of work areas are integral to the role, alongside ensuring accurate cash handling through the point-of-sale system. This physical role demands standing and walking for extended periods and occasional lifting of stock up to 50 pounds, with a work schedule that includes days, evenings, events, holidays, and weekends.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
- Ability to work in narrow spaces or varying temperatures
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concessions or food service preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner
- Serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines and adhering to all alcohol service policies
- Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify the stand lead of any inventory shortages
- Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
