The role of In-Seat Food Runner is based at the United Center, the largest arena in the United States located on the Near West Side of Chicago. This arena hosts the Chicago Blackhawks NHL team, the Chicago Bulls NBA team, and a wide range of major concerts and events year-round, offering a unique, fast-paced work environment. As an In-Seat Food Runner, you will be integral to creating unforgettable experiences for guests by delivering food and beverages directly to courtside attendees with speed, accuracy, and excellent customer service. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina as you’ll be on your feet for long periods and maneuvering through busy crowds. You will handle duties such as delivering trays, assisting with basic food preparation and menu distribution, maintaining clean service areas, and supporting stand setup and cleanup duties. Training new team members and completing other assignments are also part of your responsibilities.
