The opportunity available is for a seasonal Runner to join the team at Globe Life Field. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are seeking an entry-level position with no prior experience or education requirements. As a Runner, you will be responsible for transporting food, alcoholic beverages, and other products efficiently throughout the facility to ensure guests receive timely service at their seats. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth operations during events and game days, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Delaware North provides comprehensive training and mentorship opportunities, enabling Runners to develop valuable skills in hospitality and customer service. The position offers flexible schedules, including evening and weekend shifts, particularly on event days, accommodating various availability needs. The pay rate for this role is $12.00 per hour, and team members may be eligible for a wide range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid vacation days and holidays; paid parental leave; employee assistance programs; and tuition or professional certification reimbursements.

This role requires physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in diverse temperature conditions depending on the season. You will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and equipment, assist with boxing and bagging popular stadium snacks such as popcorn, hot dogs, and nachos, and work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional service.
