Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year management experience in food service or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Capable of supervising and developing a team
- Proficient in financial statement management and operational processes
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role preferably in the food service industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work an event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage financial targets and budgets
Job Duties
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members
- Reward and recognize employees
- Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- Plan and lead daily team briefings
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Ensure completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements
- Deliver client and company financial targets
- Adopt Aramark processes and systems
- Educate teams on improving margins
- Bring value through efficient operations and cost controls
- Follow food and labor initiatives
- Train and supervise team on production, quality, and control
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Follow policies and regulations related to food safety and labor laws
