The Concessions Manager role at Aramark serves a critical position within their food and beverage operations at several major event venues including the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, Reno Events Center, Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center, and the National Bowling Stadium. This is a managerial role focused on developing and implementing dining solutions that meet customer tastes and preferences, as well as overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure smooth delivery and high standards. This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000, reflecting the responsibility and expertise required.
In this position, the Concessions Manager is responsible for leading a team, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation regulations, managing financial performance through budgeting and profit management, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role demands a hands-on approach to operational excellence, focusing on food quality, labor productivity, and cost controls. Furthermore, the Concessions Manager is expected to foster a productive and inclusive team environment by using Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop employees, recognizing achievements, conducting team briefings, and leading by example.
Key responsibilities include planning and directing food service activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences, monitoring profit and loss statements, meeting company and client financial targets, and adopting Aramark's operational processes to optimize performance metrics. The manager must supervise production quality and control, ensure compliance with policies and regulations including health and safety standards, and maintain a safe working environment. The job schedule is event-driven, requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic demands of large-scale event venues.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Preferably experience in the food service industry
- Capability to work an event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional client and customer relationships
- Suitable education level or equivalent experience

- Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
- Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
- Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to food and occupational safety, health, wage and hour
