Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training
- previous management experience in a similar venue
- ability to pass background and credit check
- ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work at all Legends Global facilities in Wichita and Andover
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university desired
- 1 to 2 years' related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- previous management experience in a similar venue
- experience with Excel, Word and Outlook Microsoft 365 preferred
- experience with POS software used in food and beverage, preferably Clover Sport
- experience with recruiting software and timekeeping software, ABIMM preferred
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- ServSafe Allergen Certification
Job Duties
- Supervise concessions employees in the preparation and service of food and refreshments, as well as clean-up
- assist in the training of concessions employees engaged in preparing and cooking food to ensure high quality, efficient and profitable food service
- create a positive customer experience and maintain a pleasant attitude when working with staff and customers
- work with Warehouse Manager to purchase concessions product according to anticipated demand and public taste
- work with Director to determine the menu and price
- direct food storage, preparation, and serving of retail products by workers at concession stands
- assign concessions workers to locations
- tabulate receipts and balance accounts, and generate reports for Finance as needed
- inventory all products located in concession stands at designated periods
- comply with guidelines for food and labor costs
- comply with Corporate initiatives, Health Department and ABC regulations
- schedule team using ABIMM for events and day work as needed
- provide premium services and backstage catering to Capitol Federal Amphitheater
- staff and manage team working at Capitol Federal Amphitheater for events and catering in the Lodge
- oversee all NPO groups including scheduling, time keeping, Payroll, and NPO contract management
- complete monthly cash handling procedures including reconciling petty cash and vault reconciliation
- work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- maintain regular attendance and work at all Legends Global facilities in Wichita and Andover
- perform other duties as assigned
