The Concessions Manager position at Coors Field represents a vital role in managing the food and beverage concession operations for an array of high-profile events, including Colorado Rockies MLB games, concerts, and special events held at this iconic stadium. This management role is specifically designed to lead front-of-house concession operations in close collaboration with the Concessions Director, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery to all patrons.

Offering a competitive salaried compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, this full-time role requires a dedicated leader who can plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee food and beverage operations during events at Coors Field, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through excellent service and operational excellence.

The responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing team members using Aramark's proven coaching model, reinforcing employee recognition programs, conducting daily team briefings, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. A key part of the role also involves managing client relationships by identifying their needs and providing clear operational updates, as well as ensuring the financial health of the concessions operation through P&L statement management, cost control, and profit optimization.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in management and strong interpersonal skills to foster productive client and customer relationships.
