In this role, you will oversee all operational aspects of the concessions department, ensuring that all stations are prepared and fully equipped prior to events. You will actively participate in initiatives related to loss prevention, cash management, inventory tracking, and technical compliance such as payment card information rules. Support will also be provided to premium departments as needed.

Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or concessions environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including events and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of payment card information compliance
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Willingness to support recruitment and training activities
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a concessions or operations manager in hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills

Job Duties
- Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
- Supporting the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures
- Supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting where needed
- Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
- Proactively engaging in processes for loss prevention
- Managing loss prevention activities including cash drops, completing cash variance logs, and overseeing Goods Out of Stock procedures
- Completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
