The role of Concessions Manager at Aramark is a pivotal management position responsible for overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and implement innovative dining solutions tailored to meet diverse customer needs and tastes. The Concessions Manager is charged with directing teams and ensuring that food service activities deliver high-quality products in an efficient and customer-focused manner. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing team members to their fullest potential using Aramark's proprietary coaching model, recognizing and rewarding employee achievements, and maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and operational compliance.

In addition to leadership duties, the Concessions Manager is the primary point of contact for client relationships, identifying and responding to client needs while keeping them informed on operational progress. Financial oversight is a critical aspect of this position, including managing profit and loss statements, meeting company and client financial targets, and applying Aramark's processes and systems to improve margins, inventory, and order management. The manager is also responsible for ensuring productivity. This involves optimizing operations, controlling costs effectively, and implementing food and labor initiatives according to Operational Excellence standards.

Compliance with all applicable policies, including safety, health, wage, and hour regulations, is strictly maintained under this role. The Concessions Manager plans and coordinates food service activities to ensure seamless delivery to customers. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience overall
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to achieve a unified food service experience
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
