Job Requirements

Availability to work evenings and weekends during Redlands FC home matches
Ability to operate primarily onsite at Redlands FC home matches
Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
Capacity to handle cash and card transactions accurately
Ability to manage inventory and track stock levels
Strong communication skills to coordinate with staff and volunteers
Experience or comfort working in fast-paced, event-driven environments

Job Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing inventory and handling basic sales reporting
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced event environment
Able to work evenings and weekends during the season
Previous experience in concessions, food service, retail, event operations, or inventory management is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Oversee concession stand operations during Redlands FC home matches
Manage concession inventory and track stock levels throughout the season
Ensure all food, drinks, and supplies are stocked before each game
Coordinate restocking and supply purchases as needed
Set up concession areas before gates open and close down operations after matches
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Monitor product usage and help prevent shortages or overordering
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the concession area
Work with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth service during matches
Provide a positive and professional customer experience for fans
