This salaried, bonus-eligible position is central to overseeing food service operations for the concessions department, supporting high-volume sports events, concerts, and other large venue special events. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, the Division Director will lead a team of salaried direct reports and is entrusted with managing food and beverage contract services for Aramark’s client to achieve operational efficiency, financial targets, and superior customer satisfaction.

The Concessions Division Director position demands a capable operations manager who can strategically plan, organize, and guide a diverse team in delivering premium services and experiences to a range of event attendees. Key responsibilities include fostering strong client and community relationships, managing budgets in partnership with the finance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery and operational productivity. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work event-based hours that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • 5-7+ years in concessions management working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • bachelor's degree level education highly preferred but not required in food service, hospitality, or business management
  • ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and growing a strong business
  • savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
  • comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
  • meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • proven ability leading salaried managers
  • experience creating and managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis
  • experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives
  • ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • willingness to use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties

  • Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations
  • manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction
  • build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives
  • recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations
  • manage a budget and assist in designing improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity
  • ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes and maintain associated records and reports
  • ensure compliance with Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and business conduct policy at all times
