Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in food and beverage operation
- 3-5 years in a management role
- Ability to work an event-based schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of budget management and cost control
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- At least 4 years' experience in food and beverage operations
- 3-5 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work an event-based schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
- Ensure food services connect to the Executional Framework
- Coach employees to create a shared understanding of goals and execution
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Adopt Aramark processes and systems
- Build revenue and manage budgets including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor
- Ensure completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements
- Achieve food and labor targets managing resources within budget
- Implement and maintain Aramark's labor and food initiatives
- Create value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Direct operations related to production, distribution, and food service
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Comply with all policies and regulations including safety, health, and wage and hour requirements
