The role of Concessions Director at Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is a dynamic leadership position centered on overseeing and enhancing food and beverage operations specifically tailored for athletic events. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in food and beverage operation
- 3-5 years in a management role
- Ability to work an event-based schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of budget management and cost control
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
