The Concession Stand Assistant role plays a vital part in delivering superior food and beverage service at ASM Global facilities. This position supports the daily operations of concession stands by overseeing cash and inventory management, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service during events. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of cash handling procedures as well as concession stand operations. Strong math skills and the ability to count money and provide change accurately and efficiently are essential. This full-time position requires frequent standing, walking, and sometimes navigating stairs, along with lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly. The Concession Stand Assistant is expected to be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working well within a team environment, while exhibiting problem-solving skills and professional communication abilities. The role requires adherence to established food and beverage rules and regulations, contributing to a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced service setting and the opportunity to grow within the hospitality and event services industry. Job Duties

maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand
performs location worker assignments
maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the concession manager
maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times
performs location worked duties as assigned
follows all rules and regulations of food and beverage
performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
