The role of a Concessions Cashier at Sodexo is a part-time position located at Roseland Waterpark within Bristol Mountain. This role pays between $16.50 and $18 per hour and offers varying shifts, with open availability preferred. As a Concessions Cashier, you will be integral to supporting high-volume, event-based concession operations by providing fast, accurate, and guest-focused transaction support in various concession environments. These include traditional concession stands, grab-and-go locations, and autonomous retail concepts, all within dynamic live-event settings characterized by fluctuating demand, large crowds, and time-sensitive service expectations.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond processing payments to include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of cashier stations and concession areas, ensuring proper cash handling, assisting with stocking and product rotation, and complying with all safety and service standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must meet minimum age requirements to sell alcohol based on state and/or local regulations
- Prior concessions, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent
- Food handler certification may be required based on location

Job Duties
- Ensure proper handling and security of cash, payment devices, and transaction systems
- Assist with stocking, replenishment, and product rotation within concession areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, kiosks, and autonomous store areas
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform fast and accurate guest-focused transaction support in concession environments
- Adapt to varying concession setups including traditional stands, grab-and-go, and autonomous retail concepts
