Originating as a delicatessen in Chicago, Levy has grown into a leading force in the food, beverage, and retail industry. Today, Levy operates in more than 200 entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues across the United States, providing impeccable service and customized food and beverage solutions. Part of Compass Group USA, one of the world's largest foodservice companies, Levy values diversity, inclusion, and creativity in all aspects of its business. They strive to foster a welcoming environment where employees can learn, grow, and thrive within a dynamic team setting. With competitive wages and unique perks such as Instapay (which offers early access to wages) and high-interest savings through the EVEN app, Levy supports its team members both financially and personally.

The role of Concessions Bartender at Richmond Raceway offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Levy’s renowned hospitality team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in the bar area with friendliness, courtesy, and efficiency. The bartender plays a key role in creating an unforgettable customer experience by adhering strictly to state, federal, and corporate regulations, particularly relating to the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Bartenders set up their assigned bars by requisitioning and restocking all necessary inventory, including beer, wine, spirits, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce. They are also tasked with maintaining the quality of perishables such as fresh fruit garnishes and juices.

Beyond basic bartending duties, these professionals greet guests warmly, take and process drink orders, and craft beverages using standard recipes with appropriate garnishes and portion control. They must diligently check identification to ensure alcohol is not served to minors or intoxicated guests and act responsibly when managing guest inebriation. Accurate cash handling and recording of sales transactions are also key responsibilities. This role requires commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area to meet health and safety standards. The bartender is also responsible for securing all cash, product, and equipment after their shift.

Levy offers an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members are valued and recognized. Working as a Concessions Bartender provides not only the chance to engage with diverse guests at a premier venue like Richmond Raceway but also to develop valuable skills in hospitality, customer service, and regulatory compliance. Levy fosters professional growth and encourages its employees to take advantage of comprehensive benefits such as associate shopping programs, health and wellness initiatives, discount marketplaces, and employee assistance programs. By joining Levy, you become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting customer relationships through passion and professionalism.
