The Concessions Bartender role at Oak View Group is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced live event environment and who are committed to delivering outstanding guest service. This seasonal position runs from April 14th, 2026, through June 30th, 2026, with applications open until July 17th, 2026. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $10.98 to $12.00, plus tips, allowing employees to benefit directly from excellent guest interactions.

As a Concessions Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while adhering strictly to company standards as well as state and federal regulations related to alcohol service. This role requires professionalism, a personable attitude, and the capacity to excel in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment typical of premier live entertainment venues. Bartenders will engage directly with guests to provide exemplary service, offering product knowledge and suggestive selling to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.

The position also emphasizes responsibilities beyond serving drinks, including maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, handling cash accurately, and adhering to company policies designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Job Requirements

  • Six months or more experience bartending
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
  • Bartending school preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
  • Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
  • Learn and have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards
  • Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirements for alcohol purchase
  • Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
  • Request additional or restock products as required
  • Handle cash accurately and be responsible for bar bank
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure all bar equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as assigned
