This seasonal, hourly position (paying $9.00 per hour plus tips) runs from April 13th, 2026, through August 13th, 2026, offering a chance to be part of a dynamic team that significantly enhances guest satisfaction by delivering speedy, friendly, and quality beverage service. Bartenders in this role are key contributors to maintaining compliance with state alcohol service laws and upholding the company’s high standards for event service. The Concessions Bartender is responsible not only for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks but also for ensuring responsible service practices, verifying guest age, and following health and safety protocols, especially under outdoor and heat conditions. This position demands excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with guests while managing the fast-paced demands of concession service at a large-scale sporting event. Working closely with concession, culinary, and operations teams, the bartender helps maintain smooth and reliable service, contributing to the overall success of the event. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Previous bartending, concessions, or event experience preferred
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and multi-day events
  • TABC or alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company and event standards
  • Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws
  • Operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate cash control
  • Set up, maintain, and break down concession bar areas before, during, and after events
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
  • Monitor guest consumption and address issues professionally and safely
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including outdoor/heat safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Collaborate with concessions, culinary, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
  • Adhere to event policies, uniform standards, and service expectations
