Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to follow state and federal alcohol regulations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to verify customer age and responsibly serve alcohol
- Availability to work nights weekends and long hours
- Accurate cash handling skills

- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state federal regulations pertaining to alcohol distribution during concessions operations within the venue
- Responsible for learning or having knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits available and being able to suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- Check the guest's ID in accordance with state federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase
- Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- Listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Request additional products or restock products as required
- Handle cash accurately and issue a bank at their bar
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler
