With its commitment to providing best-in-class experiences and innovative solutions, Oak View Group has become synonymous with excellence in the live entertainment space. OVG’s focus on developing and managing state-of-the-art venues and engaging entertainment platforms ensures that audiences worldwide enjoy unforgettable experiences.

The Concessions Bartender role at Oak View Group offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic environment. Serving as a vital member of the concessions team, the concessions bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, during concessions operations. This role requires a personable and professional individual who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing settings. The bartender must maintain excellent attendance and flexibility to accommodate event schedules, which may include nights, weekends, and extended hours. With an hourly wage of $13.00 to $14.00 plus tips, this position provides both a competitive compensation package and the chance to grow within a company that values its workforce.

In this capacity, the bartender is expected to uphold the company’s high standards for guest service, teamwork, and professional appearance. The role goes beyond simple beverage service; it involves understanding state and federal regulations regarding alcohol distribution, responsible pouring practices, age verification, and the ability to handle and de-escalate situations involving intoxicated guests professionally. The bartender must be knowledgeable about various beer, wine, and spirit products, with the ability to upsell and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Cash handling is another critical aspect of this role, as bartenders are responsible for managing their bar's bank accurately and maintaining cleanliness and organization of their workstation and equipment.

Oak View Group promotes diversity and inclusion in its workforce, embracing individuals from various backgrounds to foster innovation and excellence. This role is an excellent path for candidates seeking to develop their bartending skills within a top-tier entertainment company that prioritizes employee growth, inclusivity, and work-life balance through benefits like a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions for part-time employees.
