The seasonal Bartender position at Little Caesars Arena is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with guests. The role involves responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with all alcohol service policies and procedures, including verifying age and identification. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant front-of-house experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience with computerized point of sale systems
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach constantly
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Able to work in moderate to high noise levels
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and event shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and process credit card sales
  • Mix drinks following recipes and using company standardized proportions
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
  • Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
