The company is currently hiring seasonal Bartenders at Little Caesars Arena for game day action. This role involves serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring guest satisfaction with excellent customer service, and operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The employment is seasonal, offering an hourly wage of $7.56. The job requires delivering exceptional service during high-energy events that often involve large crowds and a dynamic work environment. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event days

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and process credit card sales

  • Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
  • Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
