The position of Bartender at Daytona International Speedway involves preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. This role requires adherence to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, especially regarding the service of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. The Bartender will be responsible for setting up assigned bars, stocking necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, garnishes, and more, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area. The role also involves greeting guests, taking and processing drink orders accurately, mixing and garnishing drinks following standard recipes, and ensuring proper identification checks to abide by legal requirements.

The Bartender must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of liquor laws, detect and manage guest inebriation appropriately, handle cash transactions with accuracy, and secure all beverage products and financial deposits at the end of shifts.
