As a Concessions Bartender at Emerson College, you become an integral member of the Office of the Arts’ Guest Experience team. The Concessions Bartender must be TIPS Certified, enabling the responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Beyond transactional duties, the role includes the management of a point-of-sale (POS) system to process diverse payment methods swiftly and accurately. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly setup of the concessions booth before, during, and after events is essential to preserving a welcoming environment. The Bartender also helps set the tone for safety by verifying guest age during alcohol sales and monitoring patron behavior to uphold venue policies.

This position reports directly to the Guest Experience Manager, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere where emphasis is placed on reliability, efficiency, and superior service delivery. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $15.25 to $17.15, reflecting the skills and dedication brought to the position.
