Evening and weekend availability is required, aligning with the event schedules of the theaters. These benefits include comprehensive health and dental plans with limited out-of-pocket expenses, generous paid time off, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a 9% employer contribution once eligible. Supplemental life and disability insurance and commuter benefits are also offered, making Emerson College not only a place of inspiration and growth for students but also a supportive employer for its staff.
