As a Barback at Delaware North Sportservice, you will play an essential role in supporting the beverage service team by helping to maintain efficient operations behind the scenes. This role is perfect for individuals eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that offers multiple opportunities for advancement. The position involves tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages throughout the facility, providing excellent guest service, and supporting your team at all times. This is a tipped position with an hourly minimum wage of $16.00, excluding any potential tipped earnings, which can substantially increase your overall income.

In your daily duties as a Barback, you will be expected to deliver beverages and other products, maintain beverage storage supplies, keep the work area and equipment clean and organized, report equipment repairs, and ensure trash is managed properly. Physically, the role requires the ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds, maneuver heavy stock carts, and engage in standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the duration of your shift. The work schedule is diverse, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events, offering plenty of opportunities to be involved in exciting, dynamic settings.
