The role of Concessions Bar Lead at Oak View Group is a key position within the concessions team dedicated to the successful operation of the concession stand to which the lead is assigned.   • Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card)
  • This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments regardless of weather
  • The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings
  • Required to possess a union pour card

Job Duties

  • Conduct the sales register by entering the orders and completing the transaction
  • Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating to the Concessions Supervisor of low stock items
  • Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace including but not limited to disposal of garbage
  • Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly and check guest's ID
  • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • Takes inventory of supplies and equipment
  • maintains stock at required operational level
  • Trains stand attendants
  • Oversees compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations
  • Contributes to the team
  • exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
  • Performs other duties as assigned
