Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or over
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers and guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card)
- This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments regardless of weather
- The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings
- Required to possess a union pour card

Job Duties
- Conduct the sales register by entering the orders and completing the transaction
- Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating to the Concessions Supervisor of low stock items
- Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace including but not limited to disposal of garbage
- Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly and check guest's ID
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Takes inventory of supplies and equipment
- maintains stock at required operational level
- Trains stand attendants
- Oversees compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations
- Contributes to the team
- exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
- Performs other duties as assigned
