Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Minimum of one year experience in a food service position
- Previous experience working with alcohol strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a food service position
- Previous experience working with alcohol strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to train and lead team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days
- Ensure that all company policies and alcohol procedures are followed by team members
- Observe, evaluate, and document job performances of team members
- Assist with training new staff members
- Order liquor and beverage products for all bar areas
- Complete daily sales reports and reconciliation
- Assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting
