As a Concessions Bar Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing bar set-up and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations during event days. You will lead and support your team to adhere strictly to company policies and alcohol service procedures, promote teamwork, and ensure that every guest has a positive experience. Managing inventory through ordering liquor and beverage products, completing daily sales reports, and assisting with end-of-month financial reporting and inventory are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, training and evaluating team members form a significant part of your duties, allowing you to help develop their skills and enforce high standards of service.

This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds, with exposure to variable temperatures depending on the season.
