Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
- Ability to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages related to POS transactions and cash reconciliation
- Experience with food preparation or customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take orders for food and beverage products
- Prepare simple foods and beverages following company recipes and portion standards
- Accept payment from guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Memorize the product menu for each concession location
- Assist in clean up and break down of the concession area at the end of events
- Ensure all food items meet quality and production standards
