Concession Event Staff at Greenawalt Hospitality are responsible for preparing, serving, and distributing food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized concession areas, and assisting in event setups and breakdowns. Depending on the event needs, staff may also support bartending and alcohol service responsibilities, which requires obtaining the SERV Safe Alcohol Certification provided by the company. This position demands individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of standing for extended periods while also lifting up to 30 pounds and moving equipment or supplies as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work events throughout the week, including Friday and Saturday nights
- Completion of company-provided training
- Reliable communication for checking messages and emails regularly
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to retain and communicate product knowledge effectively
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more and move equipment or supplies
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
Job Qualifications
- Previous concessions, bartending, hospitality, or food and beverage experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in events, catering, stadiums, festivals, or hospitality environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to retain and communicate product knowledge effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare, serve, and distribute food, beverages, and concession items in accordance with company standards
- Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked concession and service areas
- Support beverage and bartending operations when assigned
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests
- Maintain a positive and engaging attitude throughout events
- Accurately communicate menu items, beverage offerings, and product information when needed
- Work alongside team members to ensure events are executed smoothly and successfully
- Support bartenders, concession leads, and event managers as needed
- Adapt to changing operational needs in fast-paced event environments
- Complete all required company training prior to working events
- Obtain SERV Safe Alcohol Certification upon hire if assigned to alcohol service (company facilitated)
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, food handling guidelines, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail at all times
