The Concessions Warehouse Associate role at Oak View Group is a seasonal position from July 23, 2026, to November 23, 2026, offering an hourly wage between $14.00 and $18.00, with tips eligible. This role involves preparing and serving concession items and beverages to guests at various events, ensuring high-quality food presentation and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will operate cash registers, handle payments, and maintain stock levels, communicating any shortages to the Concessions Stand Manager. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, performing barback duties as needed, and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly while adhering to state and federal regulations for age verification. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- three or more months' experience in food service industry preferred
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system
- excellent interpersonal skills
- friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests

Job Duties
- Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction
- perform barback duties during match days and support bar areas as needed
- build orders, prepare food, and demonstrate knowledge in all areas of concessions operations
- maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low-stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes
- serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly
- check guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages
- maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
