This inclusive culture fosters a supportive environment where employees can pursue their passions, develop their talents, and achieve professional growth.

Aramark’s Food Services Team is integral to its hospitality operations, providing exceptional food service experiences across various locations. The company is currently seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors who are ready to step up their careers and lead by example. These supervisors will work closely with managers to coordinate and lead daily operations, oversee staff activities, and collaborate effectively with teammates. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and customer satisfaction, offering opportunities to grow professionally while igniting their passion and pursuing what matters most to them.

The Food Service Supervisor role centers on managing day-to-day food production and service operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets, directing daily activities, and maintaining food safety according to organizational policies and health regulations. Supervisors are tasked with ensuring all food items are stored safely and served properly, maintaining sanitary conditions, tracking inventory accurately, and preparing orders as necessary to meet production needs. Employee supervision is a critical element, involving evaluation, counseling, promotion of growth, boosting morale, and fostering teamwork. Supervisors also maintain logs for equipment maintenance, complete food safety and temperature logs, conduct preventative maintenance checklists, recommend equipment replacements, and handle other duties as assigned by Food Service Managers or Directors.

This role requires someone proficient in multitasking with strong ability to manage scheduling, communications, and occasional cashier duties. Supervisors may need to fill in for absent employees and support catering events, including working some nights and weekends when required. Effective communication with staff and a commitment to promoting good public relations are vital for success in this position. Aramark emphasizes personal development within its workforce; job duties may evolve, and new responsibilities may be assigned to meet the needs of the business, enabling employees to continuously enhance their skills and contribute positively to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Joining Aramark as a Food Service Supervisor means becoming part of a company that not only values its people but also believes in nurturing their potential to help them achieve their best.
