We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Concession Stand Lead to oversee concession stand operations at the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the concession stand from opening through closing on game days and events. The Concession Stand Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the concession stand staff, coordinating inventory processes, and providing superior guest service to enhance the overall fan experience. This position requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of the Concession Stand Lead include managing beginning and ending inventory for the concession stand to ensure accurate tracking of all food and beverage products. This role also involves setting up the stand before service begins, making sure all food, beverages, and supplies are well stocked and organized to meet the demands of a large crowd. The lead will be tasked with assigning duties to concession stand staff and supporting them throughout the event to maintain high standards of service.
