Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions as they relate to POS credit transactions and product inventory

Job Duties
- Completes duties assigned by Stand Lead
- Greets patrons with a smile and engages them in conversation as appropriate
- Accurately and efficiently processes patrons' food and beverage orders and purchases through the POS system
- Recites the order back to the patron
- Maintains the accountability and security of their individual cash drawer
- Stocks and cleans within their immediate area, ensuring a clean, presentable, and well-stocked appearance
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned, including the cleaning and closing of the stand
