The Concessions Bartender position at ONT Field, under the Food & Beverage department, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic event environment. This part-time role compensates $21.40 per hour and requires union membership as part of the collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at event-day locations, ensuring each interaction with guests is warm, friendly, and professional. This role is critical in enhancing the overall event experience by providing fast, accurate drink service and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.

Bartenders at Legends Global are expected to have a solid knowledge of all bar drinks and wines, maintain valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage server permits, and strictly adhere to the company dress code, which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed-toe shoes. Responsibilities include efficiently mixing drinks, managing POS systems for high-volume service, following cash handling and tip reporting guidelines, and practicing responsible alcohol service. The role also involves significant interaction with guests, requiring excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
