The Concessions Bartender position at Legends Global, located at ONT Field, offers a part-time employment opportunity with a competitive wage of $21.40 per hour. This role is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11 which requires union membership as a condition of employment. The bartender plays a critical role in the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. The position involves preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during event days to diverse guests, ensuring top-notch customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Bartenders at Legends Global are expected to mix drinks to order with precision and maintain a thorough knowledge of all bar drinks and wines served at the venue. They are responsible for adhering to health and safety regulations, including possession of valid food handling and alcoholic beverage server permits mandated by the Department of Health. Additionally, bartenders must maintain a clean, organized workstation and exhibit attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service. The role requires active participation in merchandising, signage display, and adherence to company dress code standards, including wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed-toe shoes.

Candidates must be prepared to manage high-volume service using POS systems accurately, handle cash and tips according to company protocols, and expedite drink orders swiftly to meet guest expectations. Other responsibilities include setting up and stocking stations, practicing proper product control, ensuring responsible alcohol service, maintaining food safety standards, navigating the arena to assist guests, and upholding the highest levels of customer service and company policies.
