Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MAST 12 Class Permit required
  • Food Handler’s Permit required
  • minimum 2 years administrative support experience preferably in hospitality
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality management, communications, or related field
  • proven project management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel and MS Visio
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work effectively with international partners, customers, and employees at all levels
  • history of responsible use of alcohol and fitness for licensing and regulatory compliance

Job Duties

  • Effectively communicate in writing and verbally across multiple departments and locations
  • act as Ste. Michelle Wine Estates contact for outside event vendors and agencies
  • manage VIP reception activities with the concert team
  • coordinate wine sample ordering and scheduling for events
  • troubleshoot timelines and coordinate menus and audiovisual needs
  • collaborate with creative services and digital teams for print and web projects
  • provide additional administrative support as assigned by department managers
