This opportunity is for a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist position based in Smyrna, GA. The role involves performing diagnostic CT scans, interpreting physician instructions, and administering contrast materials to ensure accurate imaging results. The CT Technologist will operate state-of-the-art CT equipment, document scans in Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS), and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Job Requirements
- minimum one year experience as a CT technologist
- valid CTTECH-ARRT certification
- active R-ARRT registration
- current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- social security number required
- date of birth verification
- two professional references from work history
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- certified CT technologist (CTTECH-ARRT)
- registration with R-ARRT
- basic life support certification (BLS-AHA or BLS-Amer Red Cross)
- minimum one year experience in CT imaging
- strong knowledge of radiology procedures and safety standards
- ability to operate CT technology proficiently
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
