Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- prior compounding experience required

Job Duties
- Follow SOP and batch card processes to complete manufacturing activities within specifications and productivity targets
- allocate and assign raw materials using WMS/ERP system (Sage X3)
- pre-weigh raw materials accurately and safely
- operate scales, pumps, mixing and material handling equipment for pre-weighing chemicals
- mix batches of hair color and hair care products according to GMP and company policies
- document standard and non-standard mixing procedures accurately
- transfer finished products safely to holding tanks
- set up equipment following GMP guidelines to ensure product quality
- sample and test raw materials and finished batches
- manage inventory including safe storage and hazardous condition reporting
- perform housekeeping duties including cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- collect and handle hazardous waste for safe disposal
