Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute complex events managing event documentation facilitating seamless transitions from sales to service serving as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution and proactive issue resolution
  • Own the client relationship building trust and rapport proactively managing expectations resolving issues ensuring a memorable client experience
  • Maximize revenue opportunities identifying upsell opportunities recommending enhancements to increase contract value and elevate the guest experience
  • Guide team performance communicating client requirements providing direction offering feedback and coaching to ensure consistent high-level service
  • Support leadership and decision-making stepping in for senior leaders as needed navigating complex challenges by analyzing situations and making informed decisions
