The organization prides itself on creating an inclusive culture that supports career development, work-life balance, and employee well-being. With a vast range of specialties and subspecialties, M Physicians delivers comprehensive clinical care and contributes extensively to medical research and education, making it a highly esteemed institution in the healthcare landscape.

The SLP Clinic at M Physicians is a vital part of the organization, supporting five unique neurology and mental health subspecialty programs. These programs offer patients comprehensive care, including clinical and non-clinical support services. The clinic serves patients from those experiencing first-time symptoms to individuals with longstanding diagnoses seeking optimal treatment. The multidisciplinary team includes providers, nurses, social workers, pharmacists (PharmD), and other healthcare professionals who collaborate to diagnose and treat patients with complex neurological and mental health conditions. The SLP Clinic is committed to delivering the latest clinical care solutions while providing education and support to patients and their caregivers, ensuring holistic care throughout the patient journey.

The role of Complex Scheduler at M Physicians is crucial within this dynamic and patient-focused environment. This position entails the responsibility for scheduling and coordinating multiple services such as appointments, imaging, labs, procedures, surgeries, and treatments. The Complex Scheduler works closely with providers, clinic staff, schedulers, and various departments across multiple locations to ensure precise timing, coordination, and sequencing of services. Acting as a single point of contact, this role requires navigating complex service protocols, standard workflows, and communication tools to guarantee that patients receive timely and efficient care. The scheduler also manages daily schedules and calendars for physicians conducting procedures, surgeries, and clinic appointments at various sites such as outreach clinics, hospitals, and procedure centers.

This full-time role operates out of the St. Louis Park Clinic, located at 5775 Wayzata Blvd Suite 200 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. It offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $21.62 to $31.35 based on experience, skills, qualifications, and role-specific factors. As a benefit-eligible position, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage with vision and dental, 401K, parking assistance, and tuition assistance among others. The Complex Scheduler position not only plays a fundamental administrative role but also significantly contributes to patient care coordination and service delivery, working within a supportive team dedicated to improving health outcomes.

M Physicians emphasizes pay transparency and equity, seeking candidates who are motivated to contribute to innovative healthcare delivery in a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
