As a Complex Restaurant Manager at Hilton, you play a vital role in managing the daily operations of one of our prestigious hotel dining outlets. Your responsibilities go beyond routine management; you are a key contributor to delivering memorable dining experiences that enhance each guest’s stay. In this leadership position, you oversee all operational facets including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, profitability, marketing, and budgeting. Your role as a Complex Restaurant Manager requires you to monitor dining service quality, guest satisfaction, and promptly address any issues to continuously elevate the guest experience. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage management preferably within the hotel industry
  • proven track record of managing teams and driving revenue growth
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • commitment to upholding company values including hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership and a sense of urgency
