Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' hotel general manager experience
- Proven experience managing operations of large properties
- Ability to manage labor relations and union partnerships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commercially driven with strong focus on results
- Local knowledge of Boston market preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Proven track record managing a property with $20M+ annual revenue and 200+ rooms
- Experience in labor relations and union partnerships
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience with Hilton brand operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive guest and employee satisfaction
- Local experience in Boston hospitality market
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Drive strong financial performance and operational excellence
- Provide leadership and strategic direction across rooms, food and beverage, and sales departments
- Build and maintain relationships with ownership and key stakeholders
- Foster a high-performing, service-driven team culture
- Manage labor relations and union partnerships
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations
