Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' hotel general manager experience
  • Proven experience managing operations of large properties
  • Ability to manage labor relations and union partnerships
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commercially driven with strong focus on results
  • Local knowledge of Boston market preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Proven track record managing a property with $20M+ annual revenue and 200+ rooms
  • Experience in labor relations and union partnerships
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Experience with Hilton brand operations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive guest and employee satisfaction
  • Local experience in Boston hospitality market

Job Duties

  • Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • Drive strong financial performance and operational excellence
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across rooms, food and beverage, and sales departments
  • Build and maintain relationships with ownership and key stakeholders
  • Foster a high-performing, service-driven team culture
  • Manage labor relations and union partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations
