Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Hospitality or a related field
- previous hotel management experience
- ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong financial acumen and decision-making ability
- availability for occasional travel
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing walking lifting up to 25 pounds
- commitment to uphold company values
Job Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Hospitality or a related field
- previous hotel management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to develop and execute financial and operational strategies
- proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction
- experience managing multiple properties preferred
- competency in hospitality software and technology
Job Duties
- Lead inspire and mentor a diverse team cultivating a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability
- set clear expectations and provide guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance
- ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing implementation of service standards personalized experiences and swift issue resolution
- develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue optimize expenses and achieve budgetary goals
- monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
- maintain seamless and efficient operations by overseeing front office housekeeping and maintenance
- foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development empowering team members to excel and advance within the organization
