Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Hospitality or a related field
  • previous hotel management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong financial acumen and decision-making ability
  • availability for occasional travel
  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing walking lifting up to 25 pounds
  • commitment to uphold company values

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Hospitality or a related field
  • previous hotel management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop and execute financial and operational strategies
  • proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction
  • experience managing multiple properties preferred
  • competency in hospitality software and technology

Job Duties

  • Lead inspire and mentor a diverse team cultivating a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability
  • set clear expectations and provide guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance
  • ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing implementation of service standards personalized experiences and swift issue resolution
  • develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue optimize expenses and achieve budgetary goals
  • monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
  • maintain seamless and efficient operations by overseeing front office housekeeping and maintenance
  • foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development empowering team members to excel and advance within the organization
