Hilton San Francisco Union Square is a premier hospitality establishment located in the vibrant heart of Downtown San Francisco. Known for its outstanding service and luxurious accommodations, Hilton San Francisco Union Square stands as the largest hotel property in the Bay Area with 1921 rooms and over 150,000 square feet of meeting space spread across 44 meeting rooms. Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management
- demonstrated ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations
- extensive experience in bar and lounge management
- prior hotel food and beverage management experience preferred
- strong leadership skills capable of managing a large team
- ability to multitask and manage multiple outlets
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management
- demonstrated experience managing high-volume restaurants and bar/lounge operations
- prior hotel food and beverage management experience strongly preferred
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- working knowledge of financial management including budgeting and cost control
- proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- experience managing unionized employees highly preferred
Job Duties
- oversee food and beverage operations for both Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 properties
- manage high-volume restaurant, bar, and lounge operations
- lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 100 team members
- ensure exceptional guest service across all food and beverage outlets
- manage budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and inventory management
- handle operational demands and multitask across multiple F&B outlets
- collaborate with unionized employees and handle related management duties
