Known for its outstanding service and luxurious accommodations, Hilton San Francisco Union Square stands as the largest hotel property in the Bay Area with 1921 rooms and over 150,000 square feet of meeting space spread across 44 meeting rooms. Complementing this is the Parc 55 San Francisco, a sister property with 1024 rooms and more than 30,000 square feet of meeting space with 21 meeting rooms. These neighboring hotels benefit from a prime location near key city attractions such as the Curran and ACT theaters, Union Square, Westfield San Francisco Centre, Powell Street cable car turnaround, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and Moscone Convention Center, making them a hub for both leisure and business travelers.

We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Complex Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. This dynamic leadership role involves overseeing the full spectrum of food and beverage operations across both Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 properties. The role demands a passionate and experienced professional with a track record of managing high-volume restaurants and bar/lounge operations, adept at handling large crowds and operational challenges. The Complex Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of up to 100 members, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-centric operations.

This position demands exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple F&B outlets concurrently while maintaining high standards of guest service excellence. A deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and inventory management, is essential for success in this role. Experience working with unionized employees is highly desirable, aligning with the collaborative culture of our establishments.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, and primarily involves evening shifts with flexibility to cover mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Beyond just a job, Hilton provides a friendly and supportive workplace environment with comprehensive health benefits, opportunities for career advancement, and employee-centric perks like the Go Hilton travel discount program and free meals during shifts.

Joining Hilton San Francisco Union Square means becoming a part of a respected global brand committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our team members enjoy innovative well-being programs such as DailyPay, mental health resources with an Employee Assistance Program, best-in-class paid time off, debt-free education options through Guild Education, a robust 401K plan with company match, and generous parental leave.
