Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event management or hospitality roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with event management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
